Refund Policy

See it before you pay

You see your homepage design first. You only pay after you have seen it and decided to continue, so there is nothing to refund at that stage.

After a project starts

Once you approve the design and pay, work starts right away. If you cancel before the website is delivered, we refund the part of the payment for work not yet done, minus work already completed.

If we do not deliver

If we fail to deliver the agreed website and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a full refund of what you paid for that project.

After delivery

Delivered websites are covered by 30 days of revisions included instead of refunds, so we can fix anything that is not right.

Not refundable

Domain names, hosting, paid plugins and other third-party costs paid on your behalf cannot be refunded.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp at +962 79 944 2874 with your project reference. Approved refunds are sent within 14 days using the original payment method where possible.

تشوف قبل أن تدفع

تشوف تصميم صفحتك الرئيسية أولاً، ولا تدفع إلا بعد أن تراه وتقرر الإكمال، لذلك لا يوجد ما يُسترجع في هذه المرحلة.

بعد بدء المشروع

عند موافقتك على التصميم والدفع يبدأ العمل فوراً. وإذا ألغيت قبل تسليم الموقع نعيد لك الجزء المدفوع عن العمل الذي لم يُنجز بعد، بعد خصم ما تم إنجازه.

إذا لم نسلّم

إذا لم نسلّم الموقع المتفق عليه ولم نتمكن من إصلاح ذلك خلال مدة معقولة، تسترد كامل ما دفعته لذلك المشروع.

بعد التسليم

المواقع المسلّمة تشملها 30 يوماً من التعديلات ضمن السعر بدلاً من الاسترجاع، حتى نصلح أي شيء غير مناسب.

غير قابل للاسترجاع

الدومين والاستضافة والإضافات المدفوعة وأي تكاليف لأطراف أخرى دُفعت نيابة عنك لا يمكن استرجاعها.

طريقة الطلب

راسلنا على واتساب +962 79 944 2874 مع رقم مشروعك، وتُرسل المبالغ الموافق عليها خلال 14 يوماً بنفس طريقة الدفع قدر الإمكان.
