About these terms

These terms apply to your use of firasturk.com and to any website design project you start with Firas Turk, Amman, Jordan. By sending a request or approving a project, you agree to them.

Homepage design first

You see the homepage design we prepare before you decide, with no obligation. If you do not want to continue, you pay nothing. Until a project is paid, the design remains our property and may not be used without permission.

The project and price

The standard offer is a custom website with up to 10 products or services for 5,000 SAR (or the agreed amount in AED or another currency), delivered within about one week from your approval of the design and receipt of all content. Each extra product or service costs 250. Optional extras, such as the Pro dashboard or yearly maintenance, are priced separately. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work starts.

Your content

You provide the texts, images, logos and product details, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Delivery dates depend on receiving your content on time.

Revisions

Each website includes 30 days of revisions included after delivery, covering fixes and reasonable changes within the agreed scope. New sections, new features or a new design direction are quoted separately.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed for each project and are due as stated in the quote. We may pause work if a payment is late.

Domain and hosting

Domain names, hosting and third-party services are paid separately at their actual cost and registered in your name.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website design and content made for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We build every website with care, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings or results. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

عن هذه الشروط

تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لموقع firasturk.com وعلى أي مشروع تصميم موقع تبدأه مع فراس ترك، عمّان، الأردن. بإرسال طلب أو الموافقة على مشروع فإنك توافق عليها.

التصميم قبل القرار

تشوف تصميم الصفحة الرئيسية الذي نجهزه لك قبل أن تقرر، وبدون أي التزام، وإذا لم ترغب في الإكمال لا تدفع شيئاً. ويبقى التصميم ملكاً لنا ولا يجوز استخدامه بدون إذن حتى يُدفع المشروع.

المشروع والسعر

العرض الأساسي موقع مخصص يشمل حتى 10 منتجات أو خدمات بسعر 5,000 ريال (أو المبلغ المتفق عليه بالدرهم أو عملة أخرى)، ويُسلَّم خلال أسبوع تقريباً من موافقتك على التصميم واستلام كل المحتوى. كل منتج أو خدمة إضافية بـ 250. الإضافات الاختيارية مثل لوحة التحكم أو الصيانة السنوية تُسعّر بشكل منفصل. ويُؤكَّد النطاق والسعر النهائي كتابياً (واتساب أو إيميل) قبل بدء العمل.

محتواك

أنت تقدّم النصوص والصور والشعارات وتفاصيل المنتجات، وتؤكد أن لديك الحق في استخدامها. ومواعيد التسليم مرتبطة باستلام المحتوى في وقته.

التعديلات

كل موقع يشمل 30 يوماً من التعديلات ضمن السعر بعد التسليم، تغطي الإصلاحات والتغييرات المعقولة ضمن النطاق المتفق عليه. أما الأقسام أو الميزات الجديدة أو اتجاه تصميم جديد فتُسعّر بشكل منفصل.

الدفع

تُحدَّد شروط الدفع لكل مشروع وتُستحق حسب ما يرد في العرض، ويحق لنا إيقاف العمل مؤقتاً عند تأخر الدفعة.

الدومين والاستضافة

الدومين والاستضافة وخدمات الأطراف الأخرى تُدفع بشكل منفصل بتكلفتها الفعلية وتُسجَّل باسمك.

الملكية

بعد الدفع الكامل تمتلك تصميم الموقع النهائي والمحتوى المصنوع لك. ويحق لنا عرض العمل المنجز في معرض أعمالنا ووسائل التواصل ما لم تطلب غير ذلك.

حدود المسؤولية

نبني كل موقع بعناية، لكن لا نضمن مبيعات أو ترتيباً أو نتائج محددة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مشروع على المبلغ المدفوع له.

القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
